According to spoilers for The Young and the Restless, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) are communicating well.
The founder of Newman Enterprises asked Nikki, his closest confidante, to assist him in running the business.
Amelia Heinle’s character Victoria Newman recently disappointed her father. He thinks she has exposed herself by dating top CEO Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and is regaining control of the family firm in various ways.
Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) believes that her charm offensive and productivity will keep her from being fired.

Victor expressed to Nikki his opinion of Audra as a strength. Audra will be fired, though, if she disobeys Nikki’s order to cease meeting Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Kyle heard Nikki’s directive through Audra and, like his new love interest, thinks the Newmans can be controlled. One risky quality this new couple has in common with Audra and Kyle is the hubris they have been showing ever since they started dating.
The characters played by Silver and Mealor have no plans to end their liaison, or whatever it may be. Instead, Audra and Kyle want to keep their relationship a secret, which seems doomed to fail.

Victoria was disappointed to learn that her father had made a number of adjustments while she was away. That implied that the warning Victor gave at a group gathering Heinle’s character was summoned to a few weeks prior didn’t apply to her.
Profits are important to Victor, and Victoria has delivered on that front. However, his urge to be in charge creates a stressful work environment that she probably won’t put up with indefinitely.
Victor seems to have done a poor job of parenting by giving his kids the best of everything. With the exception of Abby Newman Abbott (Melissa Ordway), his children are oblivious to him.
The smartest member of the group is not thought to be Abby. She may be that, though, given that she previously quit the family business to found Society.
Spoilers for Young and the Restless: Audra Charles is accustomed to winning
In Audra’s opinion, success entails achieving her goals in spurts. She doesn’t have any lifelong relationships since she sees life as a series of transactions.
Her excellent physical appearance and keen mind open doors. She has taken advantage of them to the fullest, since McCall Unlimited and now Newman Enterprises have given her the opportunity to hold positions of greater responsibility.
Her most recent useful target is Kyle. But if Audra keeps having fun with him, it might cost her more than just her career. If she does not keep away from the man Summer still loves, despite her intention to divorce him, on Y&R, Nikki and Victor might easily prevent her from gaining gainful employment in Genoa City, Wisconsin.
