Chlo faced a lot of problems last year, as she came to know the side effects of her illness, and what impact it will make on her future life.
She is in a difficult situation as it will also impact on Pierce's future too. Once a proposition land in his lap that Chloe has the power to give a green light.

It was more difficult for Chloe as Lisa want another baby with Pierce, and he also accepted that he will have a baby with Lisa. As we know Chloe can't have kids due to some disease. Pierce wants to expand his family and knows it is only the way he can do that but deep inside he knows that it will hurt Chloe.

Chloe thinks that her husband will say yes to this deal. She asks Pierce what he wants to do now? Pierce remains silent as he knew that if he says yes that he accepts the deal she may leave him.

Somehow Chloe realized that she is the only one who can give him happiness by leaving him. Chloe knows that if Pierce accepts the deal it will be tough for her to see Lisa in front of her daily.

Both came with a big decision. There won't be another baby. They wanted to tell Lisa but it went wrong as Lisa has another shock in store.
