Fans of Palm Beach star Matilda Brown have been eager to conjecture about her character’s backstory as she prepares to appear on Channel Seven’s Home and Away.

The 36-year-old Sydney native will make a cameo appearance in the popular serial series as Zara, an enigmatic character connected to Kyle Shilling’s Summer Bay hottie Mali.

On Tuesday, Channel Seven shared a sneak peek of Brown’s appearance on the show on Instagram, displaying her assuaging the ire of multiple Summer Bay residents.

Fans quickly conjectured about her character’s enigmatic origins and how she might alter the course of the program.

Could be Mali’s twin sister he didn’t know about. They certainly look alike,’ one fan wrote

A second individual said, “Maybe it’s Mali’s ex who has come to cause trouble.”

A third individual added, “Give Mali’s girlfriend Rose a run for her money, if she is an ex-love interest.”

Renowned Australian actors Bryan Brown and his wife Rachel Ward are the parents of Matilda.

She has previously had appearances on Rake, Underbelly, and Offspring.

In a gorgeous ceremony with a vintage theme, Matilda married her culinary partner Scott Gooding in 2019.

After competing on My Kitchen Rules in 2013, her husband Scott Gooding, 47, started a profession as a chef and personal trainer.

Later on, he launched his own eatery in Miranda, Sydney, called The Good Place.

The pair welcomed their first child, son Zan Neathway, in 2019, and daughter Anouk in 2021.

Fans were quick to speculate about the mysterious past of her character
