Along with information on the upcoming Christmas storylines, Inside Soap has disclosed that Neighbours will air on Christmas Day for the first time in four years.

Christmas Day broadcasts of the Australian soap opera occurred in 2018 and 2019 as part of Channel 5’s “all-year-round” arrangement with the show. Channel 5 decided not to air the serial opera over the holidays in 2020 and 2021.

The soap opera was cancelled after 37 years on television, with the last episode premiering in July 2022. As a result, the show was not included in the 2022 holiday schedule.

Fortunately, a lifeline was provided for the soap opera when Amazon Freevee decided to revive it. There are currently no planned pauses in this format, with Freevee releasing four episodes every week between Mondays and Thursdays.

Inside Soap claims that not every character in the next Christmas Day episode will experience the joy of the season.

Chloe keeps a significant secret from everyone, but before she can tell, Elly, her girlfriend, shows up on Ramsay Street.

In other news, Haz’s life takes a turn for the worst when he suspects Mackenzie is seeing someone else, and Holly, his girlfriend, grows suspicious.

In the final moments of the Christmas episode, Krista will get an unexpected Christmas gift, and Jane and Terese will try to put their differences aside.

Actress April Rose Pengilly hinted that Chloe Brennan might be hiding something when she was recently speaking about her return tale.

“Chloe returned to Erinsborough to assist with the hotel. April posted a video to Instagram saying, “Obviously, Chloe is here to save the day, but Paul’s gotten himself into a little trouble.” “But Chloe may be harbouring a little tiny secret.”
