Would you want to reside here?

The Australian soap opera Neighbours ended in 2022 with a boom, but it quickly promised a major comeback. However, it has been made known that a famous mansion from the show has been listed for sale as it prepares for its spectacular comeback.

The residence, 30 Ramsay Street Erinsborough, is listed on Docking.com.au for a private sale. Additionally, I hope you have the money if you want to live in the house, which has previously been occupied by celebrities including Toadie, Steph Scully, and Paul Robinson. It has been listed for a staggering $1.275 million AUD.

The four-bedroom split-level house even includes an elevated pergola with views of the nearby Billabong Park.

According to the listing, Pin Oak Court is “perhaps Australia’s suburban version of ‘Hollywood,’ standing as a monument to the long-running television show which launched the careers of Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Guy Pearce, and Margot Robbie.

“This is an unique chance to stake your claim in that television history, keeping a portion of Ramsay Street for yourself,” the statement continues. “You may live out the show’s premise of a tight-knit neighbourhood in the leafy eastern suburbs of Melbourne.”

This begs the question of whether the reboot will continue to be filmed in that house.

The answer is ambiguous since, according to Adam Docking, director of Docking Real Estate, they have not yet received word from the show’s producers about whether they would use the location and the actual street, Pin Oak Court, for the revival when it starts production in April.

After disappearing off the air in July, 37 years after the soap opera’s debut, it was revealed in November of last year that the show would return for a stunning revival.

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
