Following his appearance at Lauren’s door on Valentine’s Day, Coronation Street viewers are certain they have figured out who Lauren’s mystery man is and how he’s connected to the cobbles.

Fans of Coronation Street are certain they have figured out who the mystery man is behind Lauren Bolton’s character, played by Cait Fitton.

Since returning to the village, Lauren has been observed making multiple phone calls with an unknown man, leading some to speculate that she is dating someone outside of the Cobbles. Fans, though, think they’ve discovered the true him.

Lauren was surprised by a mystery man last night on Valentine’s Day, just when she thought she and Bobby Crawford (Jack Carroll) were getting along. However, what makes him so invisible and who is he?

Now that they’ve proven who he is and his relationship to the cobbles, fans are certain.

“I guess he’s in jail, but what if Rob is Lauren’s mystery man and that’s why Bobby is involved?” one person commented. #corrie.

Nevertheless, some have disputed this theory. Two people shared: “So who was at Lauren’s door? #Corrie,” and “I wonder who this mysterious ex of Lauren’s is.” A third person wrote, “Who is Lauren’s mystery boyfriend?! #Corrie.” Tommy O. It must be a major character in #corrie.”

“Is Tommy Orpington Lauren’s secret love? She’s wearing a Weatherfield county jacket. Is there a connection?” asked another. “#CoronationStreet,”

“Oh, hurry up and show us who Lauren’s older bloke is,” someone else commented. #Corrie,” one person wrote in reply, while another wrote: “One of her ‘clients’?”

“When I first came in, I wasn’t sure I liked her, but the more I’ve learned about her and why she is the way she is, the more I really care for her,” said Lauren, played by Cait Fitton, in an interview with The Mirror.

“I think you love to hate her because you never know how she’s going to respond.

I don’t really agree with some of the things she’s done or will do, but those things are what make her unique.

I want to be a character that people are intrigued by, not one that everyone likes. I want to see her both hated and loved at the same time.”

“This character has so much more of a journey ahead of them,” she continued. I therefore love that she occasionally elicits dislikes from others because, although I don’t always like her, I always feel a strong sense of understanding for why she is the way she is.”

Will there be any updates on the situation regarding the long-running ITV drama later this week
