James Stewart, star of Home and Away, has captured viewers worldwide in his portrayal as Justin Morgan on the long-running Australian soap opera.
Recognised for his romantic on-screen relationships and his involvement in several crucial plots, including his confrontations with Martin Ashford and his role in saving Alf Stewart’s life, the 47-year-old actor has kept fans on the edge of their seats since his 2016 debut.
However, outside of the soap opera, James’s romantic life has also gained prominence because he has a history of dating his co-stars.

Michelle Marais
While working on Packed To The Rafters, James and Jessica Marais fell in love.
Behind the scenes, things were beginning to heat up between the two actors who portrayed on-screen lovers Jake Barton and Rachel Rafter.
In October 2010, James and Jessica declared their engagement. Two years later, in May 2012, they had their daughter Scout Edie Stewart.
Their spark faded, even though everything seemed to be going well, and they subsequently declared they had “amicably separated” in 2015.
“Our relationship didn’t work out because I think hearts go in different directions eventually,” James stated in an interview with Sunday Life.
Telling New Idea about his experience co-parenting his daughter with Jessica, he said, “It’s called parenting couple, that’s the professional name for it.”
It requires a significant amount of time and a huge heart. But everything is simple if you recognise it’s all about Scout.”
The Giovinazzo sisters
Between 2016 and 2017, the actor allegedly dated Isabella Giovinazzo, his co-star on Home and Away.
When their characters started dating on television, the two discovered that their chemistry was off. They first met when costarring in the Australian serial opera.
The couple called it quits in October 2017 after being seen looking smitten while grocery shopping. It was widely known that their romance didn’t last.
Roberts, Sarah
Since July 2019, James has been wed to his co-star Sarah Roberts, who portrays Willow Harris in the enduring soap opera.
The couple, who were in love, got married in Luttrellstown Castle, which is located outside of Dublin, Ireland. They then held a different ceremony on the beach at Coogee, Sydney.
The couple reportedly confirmed their engagement a year after announcing their first date in October 2017.
James said in a Who Magazine interview that Sarah has improved his ability to parent his daughter Scout.
“To help her grow from a young girl into a young lady, Sarah has been there for Scout just as much as I have,” he remarked.
“Scout asks Sarah questions that she occasionally doesn’t want to discuss with me right immediately.
Without Sarah, “I wouldn’t be the father I am,” he continued.
Last year, the couple was the subject of divorce rumours. Sarah was compelled to address the allegations, saying, “You can definitely clear it up… we’re happy.” Last week, when I arrived from Tuscany, he picked me up at the airport, with a large bunch of pink tulips.
“Jammy follows me everywhere in real life; I can’t get rid of him.”
