General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Scarlett Fernandez’s character Charlotte Cassadine may eventually become overcome by a sense of impending doom. Devoted ‘General Hospital’ viewers are aware that Charlotte was influenced by Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) cryptic letter and tarot cards to target Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
She’s been obviously nervous lately as a result. It’s possible that Charlotte has regrets about what she did, or that her anxious expressions are primarily motivated by the fear of suffering repercussions.
However, Charlotte currently thinks she is carrying out her plan against Anna successfully. Unexpectedly, Charlotte’s questionable behavior is already known to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) as a result of damning security footage. Therefore, Charlotte will eventually learn this for herself.
Charlotte might at some point discover that Valentin and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) are aware of what she is doing.
One can easily picture Charlotte listening in on a conversation between Nina and Valentin, perhaps one in which the subject of sending her to a mental health facility comes up.

Jake has recently become more attached to Charlotte, and he is currently in a vulnerable situation, feeling as though those he cares about have abandoned him. Charlotte could end up on Jake’s list of people who have abandoned him if she decides to leave. Jake might also worry about Charlotte’s safety if she travels alone on this journey.
It’s possible that Jake’s decision to go with Charlotte was motivated by a sense of chivalry, thinking he had to defend her if she was going to do it.
On the other hand, it’s possible that Jake is somehow involved in Charlotte’s scheme to have Anna killed. In such a case, Charlotte might warn him that unless they both temporarily disappear to regroup and come up with a new plan, they are both in serious trouble.
