Does anyone not adore New York? Melissa Ordway, who plays Abby in THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS, along with her family visited New York City and shared their experiences! The actress said, “We packed in so much fun! It was a quick trip.”
In the Instagram video that Ordway posted, which is fittingly set to Taylor Swift’s “Welcome to New York (Taylor’s Version)”, you can see her, her husband Justin Gaston (ex-Chance, Y&R), and their kids, Olivia and Sophie, living each day to the fullest. Once the family left their hotel room, they went to see a Broadway musical, rode the subway, went shopping for Barbies, strolled through Central Park and Washington Square Park, and saw the Statue of Liberty from a distance.

Olivia and Sophie strolled around Central Park in Manhattan, admiring the stunning fall colors.
Outside the famous FAO Schwarz toy store, which is currently housed in Rockefeller Center, the girls posed for a picture with the play army.
Ordway and her daughters visited Wollman Rink in Central Park.
Hopefully Sophie and Olivia avoided getting wet from the Washington Square Park fountain, as it appears to be quite cool outside!
Even though their quick tour of New York City did not allow time for an interior visit, Olivia stopped to strike a pose in front of the Fifth Avenue branch of the New York Public Library.
As they crossed the street, Gaston saw how deserted Times Square appeared to be.
The girls were excited to see Aladdin performed live on Broadway thanks to the family’s successful ticket acquisition.
The Gaston family used the NYC subway to get around Manhattan, and it was there that Mom took this group selfie of her girls.
