The ITV soap Emmerdale will screen exciting scenes next week, with plenty of upheavals to keep viewers locked in.

It’s all getting started, from health issues to characters ‘fighting for their lives,’ to one character’s abrupt exit.

Residents are also on high alert due to Meena Jutla’s impending return, while the two characters may be at risk of relapsing as they encounter hardship.

Dawn Taylor is afraid because someone is out to get her, and a much-loved couple could be on the verge of a stunning separation.

But what does the week ahead hold for all of your favorite Emmerdale characters? Here’s everything you need to know about the future episodes, as revealed by new spoilers…

Ellis Chapman’s leave plotline on Emmerdale, which airs next week, has been confirmed by spoilers.

The drama has released new teases about Ellis leaving for good, following recent accusations that actor Aaron Anthony left the program last year.

Aaron is said to have left the show after two of its biggest performers were subjected to a racial investigation.

According to insiders, the Ellis actor was so enraged by the alleged mistreatment of one of his cast colleagues that he decided to depart.

It comes after Matthew Wolfenden and Isabel Hodgins were accused of imitating the accent of a mixed-race actress.
After a recent phone call to air this week that offers him some unexpected news, it appears that Ellis will depart the community.
More about this is revealed in spoilers for next week’s episodes, which imply Ellis will break lover Belle Dingle’s heart by departing for good.
Ellis has been given a position abroad, according to spoilers, and this is what the phone conversation was about.
Ellis informs his father Al that he has accepted the job and will be leaving the hamlet soon.
Belle is enraged to learn that Ellis is dumped on her and that she had to find it from Al rather than Ellis.

By the end of the week, Ellis is saying his goodbyes to those in the village including his brother Billy Fletcher.

Dawn in danger

Dawn Taylor is going to be put in grave danger on the serial next week, following devastating revelations about Meena Jutla.

Dawn is looking forward to her approaching wedding to Billy Fletcher, but new ITV spoilers suggest that their nuptials could be jeopardized by a dangerous stalker.

Dawn’s wedding drama begins in scenes airing next week on the serial, with the bride-to-be struggling at work and making repeated mistakes that irritate Vanessa.

Dawn, on the other hand, has a mystery individual following her around in the days leading up to her wedding, and this proves to be the least of her concerns.

Dawn confides with Billy about her anxieties. Alex, Lucas’ biological father, will take her to court over Lucas and her employment problems.

Billy consoles her, but Emmerdale viewers will notice Dawn is still being observed from afar.

Dawn tries to ignore her anxieties and soon forgets about them amid the excitement of her wedding gown fitting.

Harriet is in tears as she admires Dawn’s lovely outfit, and as they prepare to go for their hen do, the back door ominously rattles as someone tries to enter.

Dawn decides to take her phone home from the quiet hen do in case Brenda has to contact her about Lucas.

But as she enters, the color drains from her face, and her gaze falls on her wedding gown, which has been ripped and ruined with red paint.

Dawn hears a groan and notices that the rear door is open. Armed with a bat, she flees the house and prepared to fight for her life.

Kyle goes missing

Following his father’s violent row with Al Chapman, Cain Dingle will be left devastated on the soap next week when his youngster Kyle Winchester goes missing.

The battle between Cain (Jeff Hordley) and Al (Michael Wildman) has been simmering for a while, but it finally comes to a head next week.

Cain discovers that Al is moving in with Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton) in scenes showing next week, so he will also be living with Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson) and his son Kyle, according to ITV spoilers (Huey Quinn).

Cain is enraged by the new arrangement, but Amy threatens Cain with a custody battle if he continues to interfere in her life.

When Al proposes that Amy send Cain a solicitor’s letter, he continues to agitate the situation – but will Amy fall for the bait and further irritate Cain?

Cain and Amy quickly agree to stick to their original visitation schedule and avoid involving solicitors, making Moira glad that Cain hasn’t succumbed to Al’s baiting.

Cain later catches Kyle asking Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) to buy him a top-up card from the shop and Cain’s rage boils over when Kyle tells him that Al gave him a mobile phone.

Cain works himself up into such a fury that his temper reaches a pique and terrified Kyle suddenly goes missing – leaving Cain devastated.

Will Kyle be found after his shock disappearance on the soap? And if he does come home, has Cain’s feud with Al cost him his relationship with his son?

Rishi collapses as Jai exposed

In next week’s episodes of the serial, Jai Sharma’s life begins to disintegrate, and he faces a reckoning.

According to ITV spoilers, Jai (Chris Bisson) is facing homelessness since Kim (Claire King) intends to evict them from their home in order to sell it.

The news upsets Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy), and Jai begins to scheme a way out of the issue, setting off a worrying chain of events that ends with his father Rishi (Bhasker Patel) collapsing.

As things grow and affect them, Priya and Bernice both lash out at Jai, telling him how selfish and devious he is – but suddenly Rishi falls in the midst of it all.

As his father is rushed to hospital, will Jai finally consider the effects of his underhand behavior?

Devastating split?

As their relationship on Emmerdale deteriorates, Jai and Laurel may be on the verge of relapsing on drugs and alcohol.

The pair struggles to survive as their life comes falling down around them in scenes showing next week.

Since The Hop, which he co-owns with Kim, was fined £100,000 for health and safety violations following the devastating rope bridge fall, Jai has been struggling financially.

Jai seeks to take out a personal loan in Laurel’s name in a desperate attempt to pay his half of the debt.

When Laurel learns of this, she is understandably furious, since Jai has now put his life on the line.

She tells him he needs to mend his life because she can’t forgive him for what he’s done.

Both characters have battled addiction in the past – Jai with drugs and Laurel with alcohol – and there are now fears that they will relapse as their relationship appears to be deteriorating.

Charlotte remarked in an interview with The Mirror and other publications: “Once you’ve become addicted, you’ll never be able to stop. Anything like this has the potential to shake them up, but we’ll have to wait and see how each of them handles it. Isn’t that always the devil on their shoulder?”

Chris said, ” “It won’t go away just because you quit taking the drugs or drinking the alcohol. There is always the possibility of succumbing to temptation. People are more inclined to crack under pressure, and Jai will undoubtedly come close to doing so.”

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7 pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8 pm on Thursdays.
