Aussie star Isla Fisher has shared a heartbreaking tribute to her beloved late father, Brian, who she describes as her “best friend”. The former Home and Away star took to Instagram on Sunday to share the news of Brian’s passing with two photos of herself and her dad.
“How do you live without someone that you can’t live without?” Isla began. “How lucky am I to have had you as my dad. You were hilarious, positive and my best friend. No matter what was going in my life on you always asked me if I was having fun.
“I fear that as the number of days passes since I last saw you, the pain will only worsen. I adore you a lot. I appreciate you being the best father ever.”
Reese Witherspoon posted on the post, expressing her condolences for the star, saying, “Oh, buddy. I’m terribly sorry. I am aware of how much you left your father. You have all of my angels sent.”
Gal Gadot, the star of Wonder Woman, added “I’m terribly sorry. You must have pleased him, I’m sure. extending a warm hug.”
fellow Australian As Naomi Watts stated, “I’m very sorry, Isla This news is terrible. I am aware of how near you were. Huge love being sent.”
