After their shocking breakup, Tane Parata and Felicity Newman may still have optimism for the future, according to Home and Away.
Following a contentious argument over Felicity’s drinking, the well-known pair recently parted ways on Australian television.
As Felicity battled to cope with the trauma of the most recent car accident, which ruined her wedding day, she grew dependent on alcohol.
Felicity had been ignoring Tane for the past few weeks despite the fact that she was still obviously in love with him and could not see their relationship lasting.
In the Australian episode that aired on March 8 on Wednesday, Felicity proceeded to visit her old hometown to unwind.
Felicity has been living with her foster father Gary Morrow, who has been urging her to try to make things work with Tane in order to have a shot at happiness.
Tane was interested enough to accept Felicity’s invitation to visit, which made Felicity happy.
Felicity instantly refuted Tane’s claim that she had only asked him to travel to say goodbye properly.
Felicity declared that: “I adore you. .. I .. I don’t have all the solutions from there, though. I had hoped that we could work it out together.”
Tane decided after some consideration that he was prepared to remain with Felicity and Gary for a while in order to give his relationship another chance.
Says Tane “There’s a lot to figure out. It won’t be simple, I’m afraid. But all right, I’ll remain.”
Will the pair reunite eventually?
