The serial killer Stephen Reid’s strategy for factory owner Carla Connor has been revealed by Coronation Street actor Todd Boyce.

In upcoming episodes of the Weatherfield-based drama, viewers will see Stephen’s (Todd Boyce) scheme to bring down the Underworld boss come to fruition, which includes dosing her drinks with LSD. Fans will be left fearing for her life as the new villain on Coronation Street is sidelined to the packing department by the honest Carla (Alison King).

The factory queen is unaware that Stephen has already eliminated two others, Leo and Leo’s father Teddy, and that her days are numbered.

Todd made a joke in response to the question of whether Carla might be the next victim, saying, “She has done the worst thing that anyone could really do to Stephen, she has made him look and feel small in front of other people.

“When Dick Haversham came over, she had him working in packing, and he was so embarrassed.

“He has no remorse about what he’s planning to do and really wants to hurt her business and her reputation.”

After having her drink spiked, Carla experiences hallucinations, but her former factory business partner Sarah (Tina O’Brien) appears concerned that she may be returning to psychosis given her history of mental health issues.

“This is not a premeditated plan to kill someone, this is to get her out of the way of the business,” Todd clarified regarding Carla’s fate.

He explained that his character’s plan is “ingenious” because all he has to do is “sow the seed” of doubt among shareholders about Carla’s ability to lead Underworld.

According to Todd, “He is playing a very dangerous game,” Digital Spy.

You can see him adding a few drops to her drink before adding a little more for good measure when he considers how angry he is with her.

Meanwhile, the actor, whose resume includes roles in Hollyoaks, Murder on the Orient Express, and The Batman, has observed how viewers respond to his villainous persona.

Some people, he said, are “a little scared,” but “polite” when he meets them in person.

He described an encounter with two spectators at the grocery store, saying, “I’m not sure if they were concerned I was going to push them into the freezer while no one was looking!

And then a lot of women will approach me and say, “My husband hates you,” obviously not wanting to admit that they themselves like him in secret.

The actor informed Carla and her coworkers that Stephen’s story would go on until the end of 2023, so they had better keep an eye on each other.

The Platt family is going through a difficult time, and David (Jack P. Shepherd) is in court to learn what will happen to his adopted son Max Turner (Paddy Bever), who pleaded guilty to inciting terrorism.

Last year, Griff Reynolds, the racist gang’s leader, groomed Max before using his impressive filmmaking abilities to brainwash the teen into creating racist videos.

But when Max discovered Griff and his friends were planning to detonate a bomb at the neighborhood peace market, he quickly realized he was in legal hot water.

He alerted the police after realizing the serious mistake and danger it presented, allowing the gang to be prosecuted.

But if Max is placed in a secure detention facility and made to interact with the people he “snitched” on, the decision could end up costing him dearly.
